Completion of an accredited Residency program in Family Medicine
Board Certification in Family Medicine

Current Illinois Medical license
DEA and CPR AED certifications
Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems (GE Centricity preferred)

Position Summary
The Medical Director has primary responsibility for the coordination and oversight of all medical care and quality of services provided by TCA Health, Inc., NFP.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Current Illinois Medical License
Current DEA License and CPR Certification
Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine
Valid Driver’s License
Must have or be able to obtain admitting privileges to a local hospital.
Must meet all credentialing requirements for Medicaid, Medicare and insurances.
Five (5) + years practice in medicine in an outpatient primary care environment.
Two (2) + years of managerial experience in an in- or out-patient environment.
Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center strongly preferred.

Position Summary

Position Summary
Psychiatric providers will see clients in an outpatient setting. Psychiatric providers will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and psychiatric follow-up treatment for patients. Psychiatric providers will be supported by the clinical mental health team and full administrative staff.

Position Summary
We have an opening for a Registered Dietician to join our Clinical team to be responsible for all phases of nutrition care, including evaluation, assessment, planning, monitoring, education and counseling of patients and program participants in an outpatient setting, as well as communicates with physicians and members of the Healthcare and Health & Wellness Collaborative teams to ensure integration of treatment and successful outcomes.
Education and Experience
Undergraduate Degree (BS) in Nutrition Science or related field. Master’s Degree desirable.
Licensed and Registered as a Dietician in Illinois
Certification as a Diabetes Educator desirable
At least three (3) years of related experience.
