FAQsHow do I choose a Healthcare Provider?TCA Health, Inc., NFP has a multiple range of healthcare providers on staff that provide quality healthcare to our patients. A registration representative can assist you in choosing a primary care provider who will consistently care for your health needs over time. By choosing a primary care provide, you will begin a relationship with a provider who will understand your medical history and be able to give you the best possible care. Please check the Providers page for more information on our providers. Can I see a doctor if I do not have insurance?Yes! In addition to the Primary Care Case Management (PCCM) program, TCA Health, Inc. NFP offers several options to help patients with no insurance. Pregnant patients can apply for Medicaid, and children under the age of 18 can apply for “All Kids” insurance. If you do not qualify for any of the above programs, you may be eligible for a government sponsored sliding fee discounted payment plan which is based on your family size and income. Do I need an appointment to see a doctor?Although we highly encouraged our patients to call and schedule an appointment, we do accept walk-in appointments at the following times: Monday thru Friday: 8:30 am – 9:30 am All walk-ins are treated on a first-come first-serve basis. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please bring a picture ID and your insurance card to your appointment. If you cannot make your schedule appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advanced. What if I have an emergency?In case of an emergency, please call 911 or visit your local hospital emergency room. All other after hour calls will be forward to our answering service representative who will pass on a detail message to your healthcare provider. Which health plans do you accept?In addition to most major health plans, we also accept; Medicaid, Medicare, All Kids/Family Care, and Access to Care. What form of payments do you accept?We accept cash payments, Visa and Master Cards and Personal Checks.
