Internal/Family Medicine

Our Primary Health Care Clinic provides comprehensive primary medical services for our adult patients by our board certified staff physicians. Our primary care physicians and family nurse practitioners include those in the areas of Internal Medicine and Family Practice.

Dental

TCA’s general dentistry department provide a comprehensive variety of dental services; including diagnostic and preventive services such as exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants and x-rays; restorative services which includes composite resin fillings, amalgam fillings and crowns. They also provide simple extractions.

Pediatrics

The pediatric department here at TCA provides comprehensive pediatric services, including well child care, immunizations, school physicals, and general pediatrics.

Obstetrics & Gynecology

We provide a full range of Obstetrical/Gynecology Services. Our Staff Physicians are on-call 24 hours per day, seven days per week at Trinity Hospital, Roseland Hospital, and Metro South Hospital.

Employment Services (SNAP)

In partnership with the Department of Human Services, the SNAP program activities will work to enhance your skills and help you to search for employment.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Our clinical social work will help individuals as well as families work through issues with academics, planning for college, depression, peer pressure as well as conduct psychosocial assessments.

Healthy Start Program

The Healthy Start Program is your partner in assisting you towards a healthy pregnancy and delivery. We will provide quality comprehensive perinatal services which respond to the physical, psychosocial, and economic needs of our pregnant patients and their families.

WIC

WIC helps parents to feed their children properly during critical periods of growth and development. The combination of nutrition education, nutritious foods, and yearly health care visits strengthens families long after their WIC eligibility has ended.

WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. It is administered in Illinois by the Department of Human Services (DHS) and is funded by the United States Depart of Agriculture (USDA).

Carver Military Academy School Base Health Center

The School Base Health Center (SBHC) provides comprehensive health services as a part of the school health program sponsored by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Bureau of Primary Healthcare, TCA Health, Inc, NFP, and Carver Military Academy.

A Physician Assistant and Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be available to provide primary healthcare and psychosocial services to all students who have signed parental consent.
